I will think of you in October and reread this when it's time to make my own birth plan!
Your friend from long ago,
Anne-MarieAnne-Mariehttp://www.donotfaint.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27583504.post-75928907269905350622012-04-07T20:29:33.571-05:002012-04-07T20:29:33.571-05:00Yeah Natural childbirth!!!
I have been thinking ...Yeah Natural childbirth!!!

I have been thinking about you recently. I'm glad you had a wonderful birth experience (more or less, sounds like!)

My baby (a boy! We named him Jonathan) was born naturally, too! YAY!!

Now that I have re-found your blog I will read it all the time.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16251807792377217468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27583504.post-35045436590894419002012-03-11T22:28:21.684-05:002012-03-11T22:28:21.684-05:00I looked into hypnobirthing (and pretty much every...I looked into hypnobirthing (and pretty much everything else) but I decided for some reason - against everything normally in my nature - just to wing it when the time came. I have no idea why I decided that, but I guess it was a good thing in the end because it would've all gone to waste. It WAS like the movies where the nurse is screaming for the doctor while running the pregnant lady's bed down the hall and simultaneously throwing scrubs at the husband's face and telling him to PUT THOSE ON!

Hmmm . . . I haven't thought about posting my birth experience before . . .I love reading yours (just like you never thought you'd enjoy sharing them, I never thought I'd enjoy reading them - weird). I had a good hearty laugh when you wrote, "Rather than labor releasing a subconscious desire to use curse words, it just amplified my pridefulness I guess."Caryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00144308029594270783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27583504.post-11321594735808147242012-03-11T22:03:28.972-05:002012-03-11T22:03:28.972-05:00So beautiful! I haven't purchased the entire set, but I have been listening to a hypnobirthing track called "Your VBAC success". I'm incredibly jealous that you have a hospital with a birthing tub. That was my dream, but there is nothing like that here.

Congratulations! I'm off to check out the photos:)Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15765622517307104987noreply@blogger.com
