Moving Around
It used to be that we could put her in the middle of the floor and she'd just sit there. She'd play with her pacifier, examine the grout or the tiles, or talk to her stuffed animals.
Now, Alena finds that there is more to the world than grout, so she is scooting her way around to find it. She can traverse across an entire room within minutes, and if there's anything on the ground, it will somehow find itself into her mouth. Sometimes, she does an army crawl, but she's started to do a "normal" crawl on carpet. Soon, she'll be into everything...

Way to go, Alena! A whole new world has opened up to her. And nice job on the clean floor. That is the very crawl Sydney adopted at the beginning complete with grunts too.
She is growing up fast!
ps- I sent an email, did you get it, and what do you think
cuuuuuuuuute!!
Hey Talyn. I can't believe how big Alena is getting! What a cutie.
I also wanted to let you know that my blog is private now, and I didn't have your email address to send you an "invite". So, if you'd like you can email me at mary@uita.org and I'll send you one.
Talk to you later,
Mary (cuz Mark's wife)
